Do I pay before seeing my website?
No. You see and try the preview first, then pay after approval.
How do I pay?
We send the Whish payment details on WhatsApp after you approve. No online checkout.
Is the website address (domain) included?
Yes. Registration and renewal of a standard domain costing up to $25 a year are included. We explain any approved difference before buying a more expensive domain.
Can I use a domain I already have?
Yes. We can connect it after checking your current setup. Your existing domain remains yours.
Can you add a catalogue or appointment enquiries?
Yes, when it fits the agreed website. Customers can ask about products or appointments through WhatsApp. We explain any special work or paid external service first. Online card checkout is not part of this service.
Can I request changes?
Yes. Before paying, you can send us changes 3 times, in one clear list each time. After launch, we aim to reply to everyday update requests within 3 business days. We’ll tell you how long the changes will take.
How long does it take?
We give you an estimate after seeing what you need. We do not promise a fixed delivery time before reviewing the work.
Can I cancel?
Yes, it is month to month. Tell us before renewal; the website and email stop at the end of the paid period. Before then, contact us to confirm which business files and information we can return to you, and arrange how you’ll receive them.
Do I own the website and domain?
WeRunSites owns the website we build and any new domain we buy. You can ask to buy them separately; we agree the price and terms with you first. Your existing domain, photos, and text remain yours.
Can my bill increase without my approval?
No. We explain the price of any extra visits, email, storage, paid service, or special work and ask for your approval first.
