What the service includes, how payment works, and what happens if you cancel.
The subscription and its scope
WeRunSites is a managed website service for $50 per month with no setup fee. Design, hosting, security, business email, and routine care apply to the website we agree with you.
We agree the pages, languages, and features before starting. Special work and paid external services need your prior approval of the cost. Orders and appointments use the agreed contact process; there is no website card checkout.
Preview and revisions
You see and try your website before paying. You can send us changes 3 times before paying. Each time, send one clear written list.
Corrections to our own errors or omissions do not count toward your rounds. Preview links are unlisted, but anyone with the link can open them.
Payment and launch
After you approve the website, we send Whish payment details on WhatsApp. We verify payment manually before launch. Billing is month to month, with no automatic card charging.
We estimate timing after reviewing your requirements. We do not guarantee a delivery date before agreeing the work.
Ownership and domains
Your supplied photos, text, logo, and business materials remain yours. Any domain you already own remains yours.
WeRunSites owns the website we build and any new domain we buy. You can ask to buy them separately; we agree the price and terms with you first. Standard domain registration and renewal up to $25 per year are included. We explain any difference for a more expensive domain before purchasing it.
Updates, visits, email, and storage
Routine text, photo, and price updates are handled one clear written request at a time. For everyday changes, we aim to reply within 3 business days. We’ll tell you how long the changes will take.
Monthly limits and prices for more are listed on the “Visits, email & storage” page. No extra charge is applied without your approval. We set up business email when your website goes live.
Cancellation and what happens next
Cancel by sending written notice on WhatsApp before your next renewal. Your website and email remain active through the paid period, then stop.
Before the service ends, contact us to confirm which business files and information we can return to you, and arrange how you’ll receive them. If you want to buy the website or domain, we agree the price and terms separately in writing.
