Technical information and service reliability

We collect basic technical information about website visits and link interactions to maintain site reliability, improve performance, and measure service effectiveness for businesses in Lebanon. We do not collect unnecessary personal details.

Talking on WhatsApp

A WhatsApp button connects you directly with our team on an external service operated by Meta. You review the message and choose whether to send it. WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy also apply.

Our team receives the details you share when you contact us. We do not copy conversation text, phone numbers, or payment receipts into advertising platforms.

The free preview form

When you send the free preview form, we store the business name and the WhatsApp number or Instagram handle you entered, plus the page, language and time of the request, in our private AWS account in Frankfurt.

We use this only to contact you about your preview and delete it automatically after 12 months. We do not send it to advertising platforms. You can ask us to delete it at any time on WhatsApp.

Services we use

We use reliable cloud services such as AWS for website hosting and WhatsApp for direct client communication. These services may process technical data outside your country.

A click on a WhatsApp link is an interaction to start a chat. It does not mean you sent a message or bought a service.

Website preview links

Preview links are unlisted and have no login. Anyone with the link can open it or forward it, so previews must not contain private customer information.

We request that search engines exclude previews and keep them out of sitemaps. Previews contain no analytics or advertising trackers. These settings do not provide password protection.
